This year’s football team will triumph on their brand new field. The new field includes prettier yard lines, hash lines, and end lines with an updated Trojan logo. The new turf is vibrant and will make our Trojan football players seem like the Greeks who built a seemingly innocent trojan horse.

When asked about the new field the Athletic Director of PVHS, Rick Mccutcheon said

“It’s been a feather in a cap for our students”.

Construction on the new field started as early as May, 2016 and ended August 8th. The brand new field stretches 360 feet long and 160 feet wide totalling 57,600 square feet.

Paradise Valley High School’s old field was 9 years old and had to be replaced due to irrigation problems and wear and tear. The new field cost about $528,000 and was paid for with bond money from the November, 2014 Capital Bond Election.
