Senior Brady Tavrytzky is best known as Paradise Valley’s student body president. However, there is more to Brady than students know.
As a sophomore Brady became a part of student government. His main reason for joining was change. “For me it was all about change. What could I change in the school to make it more enjoyable not just for myself but for the kids around me?”, he questioned. He wanted to plan events so he would enjoy them more and others would too.
His favorite thing about Paradise Valley is the diversity. “Not one is alike but everybody gets along and that is what I love about PV”. If you go to any other school you won’t see the same diversity. “Here at PV we have an unreal amount of programs.”
Aside from student government Brady is very involved in the school. He is a part of Link Crew, Interact, SHS, was the NHS Junior President, and founded DJ Club. He is also a member of dive, soccer and plays lacrosse. “Getting involved is your choice but I would suggest it. All you’re going to remember is what you did or didn’t do.”
After graduation Brady is doing a year abroad in Spain. While there he will be doing another year of high school. “It’s mostly for cultural immersion.” Once he returns from Spain he plans on attending Northern Arizona University.
Some fun facts about the student body president is he can juggle and loves dogs, especially Golden Retrievers.
