In 2015, ABC released a new show called How to Get Away With Murder. It focuses on a group of five law students who were selected to help their law professor, Annalise Keating, with her cases. Keating is a well-known criminal defense attorney that can potentially help the five students advance in their law careers.

Each season consists of a flash forward that you have to piece together and try to figure out what is going on throughout the season. The flash forwards last only a couple of minutes so the majority of the episode focuses on a single case and the events that eventually lead up to the flash forwards. In the middle of the season, the flash forwards become the present and you finally learn what really happened.

The first and second season each have 15 episodes that last around 40 minutes. The show is super easy to get into because of the suspense. Most of the episodes end in a cliffhanger leaving you wanting more, making the show easy to binge watch without even knowing it.

The show is now on its third season. This is the first season I have watched as it is airing on TV. Because there are so many details in each episode, you forget some of the smaller details in between episodes. While the show is still enjoyable, I found that I haven’t been able to get as into this season because I can’t watch the entire season all at once.

How to Get Away With Murder is a fantastic show that I highly recommend. I would wait for the entire season to come out on Netflix until I started watching it, but nevertheless, it is a great show that you should watch.
